Oxford, GBThe Job Chad did was good however, there were two parts to this job and he only did the first part and then at the end said he had only quoted for the first part. This wasn't clear in his bid. Good work and responsive - Just make sure you clarify exactly what you are getting though with Chad.

The real story, backed by screenshots, goes as follows.
David received and accepted a proposal for "1x long-form sales page copy" which, as per his job posting, "..will be used for three purposes: email, website copy, and the basis of a sales video." I quoted the sales video separately - twice, explicitly, and, as usual with closely-related projects, at a discount.
Upon successful completion of the project, David refused to release payment in an attempt to extort the sales video from me free of charge and became unresponsive for weeks when I reminded him of the clear terms of our agreement.
Funds have been now been released following my contact with PPH Support, whom it seems do not support this type behaviour.
