London, GBIt was not a good experience for me. Caroline sent me all articles very quickly but I couldn't open them. The file was damaged. And 20 days I was chasing her to send it again. She tried to resend it but it still didn't work. She was not happy that I didn't pay the invoice but why would I if I still didn't have those articles. I was asking her to send me screenshots of emails I never received but she ignored this. The worst thing is that she was answering my messages once in 3 days. On Monday 5 pm she said she will be back online at 8 pm but I didn't see her till Wednesday late night (she came back only after I reject the invoice). In the end I was blamed that I just don't want to pay. It is ridiculous. The articles was fine, but I still wanted to make some changes. But I will rather do it myself and save time and nerves.
