These services include typing, raising quotations and invoices, leaflet and brochure design, editing and proofreading, designing spreadsheets, presentations and templates, data entry, mail merges and undertaking research. As there are two of us, we are good at working to deadlines.

    In addition to services for businesses, we provide comprehensive personal assistant to busy individuals.

    We provide professional, efficient and reliable services to our clients.

    I have many years experience of being a PA for a Head of Service. I also have experience of office management and administration.

    Using my experience and knowledge I also undertake other services such as mail merges, designing of leaflets, production of written reports, transcription of documents, excel spreadsheets, database management and powerpoint presentations.

    With a HND in Construction I also have experience of selecting contractors, monitoring works, raising purchase orders, paying of contractors, putting together tenders & evaluation.

    Current clients include primary and secondary Academies where I work with Principal's and Governors.

    Summary: *2011 Onwards Business Partner at Office SOS a virtual office and bookkeeping service.

    *2004 - 2011 Property Surveyor Local Government. Managed pre planned and responsive repairs contracts. Managed new builds.

    *1990-2004 Administrative Co-ordinator/PA to Head of Service - This role included diary management, typing correspondence, minutes & reports, creating templates, forms, charts, excel spreadsheets & databases. I handled confidential work in relation to reports, staff appraisals & HR issues.

    *1988-1990 Employed in various administrative roles within Local Government including receptionist, customer services assistant and legal assistant.

    Description: I was responsible for the planned,responsive maintenance & Capital works to the Council's portfolio of properties, this included carrying out condition surveys, writing/typing specifications for tenders, appointing contractors, supervising works, setting up new templates /databases, raising purchase orders and paying invoices.

    The role also included car park enforcement within the Council's owned shoppers car parks. This included extensive research, liasing with the appointed Contractor, members of the public and devising forms, procedure notes and databases.

    I also acted as a Client Representative on a new build project.
