My current work is mostly dissection of structural variation (especially copy number variations) in the genomes of the major livestock species (cattle, goats). This invariably involves big data management and complicated statistical modelling.

My major skills include: scripting languages (R programming, perl, awk); research writing (proof reading); and web content development and management (HTML, Markdown).

I am particularly interested in data mining and creation of innovative and interactive data visualization products.
