Most times when a freelancer is hired they want to get the job done fast for the minimal effort and are not invested in the outcome. Vijay was not like that. He asked a lot of deep questions before the start of the project to get an understanding of the intent. It was clear from his questions that he understood the project and was thinking/troubleshooting any potential problems before starting. During the project he made good suggestions and made requested adjustments without hassles. He was like having a trusted team member that cared about the results and not an outsider looking for cash.
