> Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
> Sending faxes and emails. Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
> Managing documents and files,
> Answering the phone and being first point of contact for customers.
> Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
Bookkeeping support includes :-
> Preparing sales invoices & making payments to suppliers
> Recording invoices, payments and receipts
> Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliation
> Record of debtors and creditors
> Profit and loss record, Monthly Financial summary
> Organisation and filing of financial paperwork
> Associated administration eg paperwork and telephone calls

Assisting a client on-site upto 25 mile radius

Experience: 7+ yrs ( Admin, office support and finance )
Qualification: BSc Finance , AAT (L3)
