London, GBI had given Ranganatha S. a 3D animation project for our compact sewage treatment plant. The final video was really good. I was very happy with the output. But I am extremely disappointed about his communication. It took ages for him to respond to messages and give project updates. Once the initial project was completed, I had asked for some more additions to be made for which I was willing to pay for. So, he had agreed to the project and then went missing all of a sudden. He did not respond to repeated messages that I sent. Then, I had to get in touch with the PPH team to help me get in touch with him. But they also couldn't get through to him. So in the end, he had to find his contact and get in touch with him to get him to complete the project. It was a total hassle and put me in very awkward situation. I will think twice before giving him another project.
