The job felt rushed. They did not make much of an effort to understand what we wanted. There were many inconsistencies and mistakes in their work (which they corrected after we pointed them out). Very little attention to detail was made, demonstrated by the numerous animation timing issues and design choices. Our video is over 10 minutes long and I suppose they are more effective working on videos no more than 2 minutes long. They showed very little effort in creativity, re-using the same images and animation over and over. The communication was good at least. Overall, I am disappointed with the final product and we won't be working with them again.
