Work Experience Summary: I have over 20 years' excellent secretarial experience. In that time I have worked for only 3 companies demonstrating my commitment and loyalty. 15 years working for the MD of a Private Equity company in the City and 6 years working part-time for the Partner of a Patent and Trade Mark company in the City with 90% of the role focussed on transcribing audio dictation. I recently worked part-time for a Pharmaceutical Support Company for 3 years as PA to the CEO and Event Co-ordinator helping with the annual overseas conference for 150 delegates. This role involved extensive diary management, travel arrangements and organising members' meetings all over the UK. In addition I updated the company website, created PowerPoint Presentations and was responsible for the data and design of the monthly newsletter (sent to over 1300 members) using Publisher. All my roles required a high level of discretion and working to tight deadlines.
Education Summary: I am educated to O'level standard with 8 O'levels including Enlish and Maths. I completed a two year secretarial course and finished with many RSA qualifications including RSA Stage 3 Typing, RSA Stage 3 Audio typing and RSA Stage 3 English Communications. I have a typing spead of 70 wpm.
