My excellent communication skills enable me to liaise with all levels. I have an eye for detail and organisation and always strive to complete a job/task to be best of my ability and satisfaction for the end user.

Work Experience Summary: Most recently worked as PA to the Partners of an Accountancy practice. Whilst there I was responsible for the role of the practice managment, organising travel arrangements, ensuring the Quality Control was kept up to date, liaising with clients, ensuring clients received regular newsletters and the general secretarial and administrative support to 13 staff aided by an admin assistant who was under my supervision. Previously to that I was self employed providing business support services to companies/individuals which included secretarial and admin support and also assistant with recruitment of client's staff. Whilst working in Corporate Finance as the Sales Administrator, I was responsible for the training of all Regional Sales Administrators, and was a key member in designing and implmenting a new company database, running the pilot scheme, writing the training manual and training staff on the end product. I also have experience of organising corporate events.
Education Summary: Whilst at school I obtained 'O' levels in Maths, English Language, English Literature, History, Art, French, General Studies and Govenement, Economics and Commerce.
I opted out of doing 'A' Levels to pursue a 2 year dedicated secretarial course gaining qualifications in the Royal Society of Arts, Pitman and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During my career I have attended various training courses, usually run in-house whichever pertained to my particular role.
