I had a fairly basic need for help revising some Google sheets with surveys and response forms. Urvah did exactly what I needed and did not leave the job until it was completed. It was meant to be a quick job but I hadn't understood the depth of what I was asking for. Urvah quickly figured out the holes in my sheets and set to work fixing them, even though this meant a much longer time than anticipated when we agreed a fee. When the work was done so well and efficiently I requested a revised invoice because I thought Urvah deserved additional money beyond our original fee. I will definitely use Urvah again.
