Job Title: Senior IT Support Administrator

Description: I have been the senior IT support administrator for a bespoke software House for 2 years. In this role I am in charge of a small support team, where I lead the 1st 2nd and 3rd line IT support to over 1500 users, organize workload, set priorities in accordance with deadlines and personally create solutions for over 50 support calls per day. I use a combination of SQL Management Studio 2005, office 2007, cute ftp, NTR or VNC remote assistance tools along with the in-house web based software products. While providing software support to SouthernCross users I am the onsite IT Technician for First Software as such I setup and troubleshoot PC"s, Laptops, Printers, Servers and networks. Most recently I setup an Exchange 2007 server which will be put into production by the end of the year. I am also currently working on developing new support tools through C# .NET 2.0 technologies by using Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005. Over the last 18 months along with my daily support duties I have been in charge of software version upgrade, which involved coordinating training, accommodating third party software requirements and resolving software or database issues.
