I get things done! So whether it's simply photography or art direction (my passions), or organisational strategy, brand, cross-channel & neo-/digi-/social- marketing, and OD functions like systems-thinking change management (my areas of studies), I have a knack for making stuff better, 'tweaking for success', taking creative direction over marketing & promotions, media production and business development initiatives in order to optimise, maximise, and most importantly, simplify.
I recently wrapped up a 14 year career with Wesfarmers, Australia's largest listed company where I was afforded the unique opportunity to experience a broad range of sales & marketing/ HR/ systems/ org development roles. As a result, I've established a project/change management approach to delivering timely and successful outcomes, and contributing to overall profitability both through increased sales and bottom line cost savings and profit generation.
Other recent achievements?:
Leading the creative, philosophical and analytical development of a brand strategy and value proposition for a bluechip distributor; developed/implemented through storytelling, meaningful visual design and unique media formats;
Strategic development of a digitally focused, direct-to-market Customer Engagement Program including the reorganisation and alignment of the Marketing function and modeling of campaign development initiatives & guide.
