Moreover, I have provided financial, statistical and analytical monitoring of project to the Project Managers within the company ensuring that the projects are running within the specified time frame given and also in budget. I have inputted this data on various databases, spreadsheets and other recording systems.
I have had extensive project involvement where I have learnt to write reports to tight deadlines and present individual project outlines not only to my team members but also managers and consultants. I have gained substantial experience liaising with clients not only within my own personal projects but also in general, negotiating potential clauses and signing contracts. In addition, I have also attended Corporate Portfolio Management Office briefing sessions and gained a certificate of training which strengthened my knowledge of project criteria and procedure in relation to Prince 2.

Description: My last internship was at Voluntary Action Leicestershire (VAL) as a Performance Management Systems Officer which required me to have strong people management experience along with being responsible for collecting and managing data. Within the company, I was able to overview how managers effectively communicated within their teams of external and internal employees and identify flaws along with suggest improvements through thinking innovatively. I analysed, manipulated and combined findings into documents or databases and then presented this data within senior management meetings on a weekly basis. In addition I have supported the work of the Deputy Chief Executive to implement these new schemes through coordinating meetings with key external stakeholders from Leicester City Council and providing opportunity for staff to feed back.
