Work Experience Summary: 2008 – To-date. Part time Telemarketing
2003-2007. Set up and managed a Foreign Exchange Bureau. The retail business was situated on a border crossing location between North and South and had a high volume of mixed nationality domestic customers, as well as large transaction business customers. Services included money exchange, cheque and credit card cashing facilities. Due to family commitments and other personal issues, I returned to England.
1997-2003 Mice Group PLC. Setting up and managing a new Telemarketing/ Sales initiative, involving four of their core areas: IT, Electronic manufacturing, Military of Defense and Education. I was eventually responsible for sales targets as well as all direct marketing initiatives including the purchasing, analysis and management of data.
1991 -97 APB Corporate Services, Role involved Telemarketing high sector blue chip companies, Business to Business. I was eventually the Account Manager and responsible for all new business generation.
