The Business to Business and Business to client market is saturated with telemarketing calls. Often the person who you want to speak to has already made the decision not to speak to a telemarketer regardless of your product and whether they have a need for this product. My approach to telemarketing is different.
I prefer to see each call as a real person not a number. They are not call 10 in a list of 100 which I need to get through to today they are an individual with a new set of needs and wants to the last customer.
My aim is to represent your business in a professional manner from day one....call one. I can work from a script but more often it will be a professional conversation with structure rather than sounding like a script. Rather than talking at the customer and giving them a list of facts about our product or service I want to engage in conversations to match their needs with what we are able to offer, to find out how your product or service can help them and to listen to them not talk over them. A honest, transparent approach for honest transparent companies.
How I work
I use an online dialler averaging around 15-20 business to business dial outs per hour and 20 business to client dial outs per hour. All my calls are logged so I can produce a call report daily showing how many dialled numbers were made and another more comprehensive report which will show exactly what happened on the call i.e.: appointment made/send further information/callback. I am able to tailor the outcomes to your requirements but obviously free format notes are on here so that you can have some background of the conversation. (this means you can see that every call counts and you can also see the response and the reasons why or why not a sale was made).
Because I use an online dialler all callbacks are done automatically so there is no need to trawl through and excel spreadsheet – the system automatically dials at the time input – this is useful if a decision maker is out on lunch/in a meeting/on holiday so important follow up calls are never missed even days and weeks in front.
The office is open for telemarketing 9-5.30 weekdays mainly for business to business calls and evenings and Saturday mornings which tends to be for the business to client contracts.
Telebells Marketing can undertake a B2B or B2C telemarketing trial, so based on the results you can decide how to scale up your telemarketing activity. The trial will be carried out over the course of either 5 hours, 1 day, 2.5 days or a week. The rates are tiered but you may choose to opt for a 35 hour trial initially or a 2.5 trial. You will see that the rates fall for longer bookings. I am a dedicated telemarketer who is skilled to do the job.
What's the process?
Database - you can supply the data for the telemarketing trial, initially I will need between 100 and 200 records
Script - Jenny (Telebells) will work with you to create a script and structure for your telemarketing trial, allowing you to benefit from their knowledge and experience together we will find an approach which reflects your business and focuses on your campaign objectives.
Recording information - reports and the data is inputted directly onto the dialler and is produced for you in excel at the end of your trial. However I am also able to undertake campaigns if you would prefer me to access your crm, although you will need to be aware that this sometimes slows down the call rate. Online diaries can also be set up, shared and accessed.
Reports and Updates - You will be updated on a daily basis and be made aware of any hot leads straight away. At the end of the telemarketing trial you will receive a fully detailed report giving you a breakdown of the calls showing:
Lead Obtained - this could be appointments made, data verified, leads generated
Send Emails - contact details of people who want to receive info in the first instance
Not Interested - every contact will be asked why they are not interested and this is recorded
Please call back - although a 3 times attempt to each record is factored in the price, there will still be some records that I am unable to reach.

For bookings of 5 hours only - £130.00
For 7 hours 1 day - £150.00
For 2.5 days - £262.00
For one week and ongoing work £455.00
