The work took significantly longer than anticipated but was all done to a high standard. My advice to other would be to make sure that you are 100% clear with Princy on the brief of the job before they start work. Several times things had to be explained by me again after being done incorrectly. However, I am happy with the finished work.

Well, practically the requirement discussion and the understanding was pretty straight forward from our side but were discussed over a call. We do not have any written proof but even after discussing exact requirement over call, Joe kept adding up new points into the requirements. But yes, we always stick to our commitment and that's why we had completed those as well going out of the scope.

I would recommend please get every point from requirement verified in written initially itself otherwise it is going to be a confusing and stressful at the end. And also Joe's behavior was somewhat impolite at fewer instances.

Excellent service - Princy and her team offered the best communication, delivery of service and price I have received on PPH. I ow have more work to give to Princy and her team and can't recommend them enough.
