Fixing Laravel website HTML dump

Plymouth, GBWe had two issues with Laravel framework website.
1. First issue was due to our website using an earlier version after Plesk updated its version. He was quick to fix the first issue which was great help.
2. The second issue was and still is that the Contact Us page form is not sending an email to our email address mailbox. This issue is related to the routing and mail PHP files not being setup which would only take a few minutes to do.
His knowledge maybe limited or he took his time, he went for a tea break for over a hour without informing me and he wasn't logged into the backend console either, which means we could be paying for his non-working time. This activity lost our trust in him being able to professionally approach these tasks and fixing the issue.
