London, GBSudheer delivered exactly what we asked on a web developing project and regularly kept us updated on his progress throughout the task, as we requested. It was as very time bound project, and our deadline was a day. However, Sudheer managed to finish it within one hour. Will definitely use him again for further tasks.

Hamburg, DEThis was the second job with Sudheer. While the first job was perfect this job was not even close. He didn't meet the deadline. Instead of delivering the job he gave an first version with about only 60% done. At this point he didn't say how much longer it would take, i had to ask and only get the info, the next morning it would be done. So he claimed for 65% more time.
After this extra time he asked it was me who has to ask how the status quo is and again he needed more time. Another hour. His second asked deadline was broken.
The then in the new timeframe delivered work was with a lot of issues, which were easy to correct. but here also he didn't work accurate. I got a message with the info all issues are solved - and even after refreshing the cache of my browser, using another browser there where about 40% of my issues still there.
It was a difficult work process at this point already, but he stayed always friendly and at the end he solved the problems.
Since the deadline was choosen from him and i one of my reasons to award him was this deadline, the job was very disappointing.
The end result is good, the process to get there was very difficult. 2 deadlines broken and the job needed 100% more time than he had promise.
For me personal it was the last job with Sudheer, even the first job was very good.
