Leicester, GBFull criteria not met and service lacks acumen and expertise towards completing tasks which resulted in completing work one month plus over the agreed/anticipated completion date. Same edits advised to be changed, we would be told they have now been complete only to find they had not etc etc. Also no remuneration or goodwill gesture/discount offered for any of the above. It is a shame as I opted for this company based on good reviews yet they by far are not delivering on customer service standards and expectations.
