Parmond always responded promptly to my inquiries and overall my finished website looks good and up to standard. However, website delivery was not completed within original deadline. Additionally, Parmond did not deliver on all aspects of the original statement of work. (Specifically a logo animation).

Kirsten, don't know the website things actually. She didn't have clear instructions what she need and how many products she want to sell. I have cropped 300 pictures of her cards and did SEO and product entry work. I clearly told her that use of logo animation will slower her website loading speed.
