London, GBHe took the money and he didnt gives us the right code after all re ask again 18 times(20 pound the prosoal and he ask later after he took the money 360 ) more from the first proposal to give me the final code also we waist 1 month of work beacouse he wasnt understand a verry simple project

Scope of work has already been delivered along with source code as well. He expected to deliver new modified scope of work worth 2 weeks of effort with no payment obligation from his side, which is unfair.
Be careful deal with him in define scope of in future as he is unfair and wasted my efforts of 15 working days.
