City of London, GBI made a big mistake in paying Jack the full payment before the Job was finished.I felt sorry for him as he had to pay bills so I sent him the full payment and every week over last 3 months he sent me excuses. Not happy at all but I learnt my lesson.

Sean explicitly specified no time scale on this project as I agreed to do this job well under budget, hence the slower development cycle. Imposing a time limit (while I'm moving house I may add) and then giving highly negative feedback (while I was still working on the project) was a most disappointing turn of events considering I fully intend to complete the job. However, I'm more than happy to provide a full refund if Sean no longer requires me to complete the work.
