AVOID!!!!!!! This person has taken my money and has been non-comms for 24 hours and refused to acknowledge requests for calls. Even worse, without my knowledge or permission, he stopped developing my password-protected site and moved everything to a non-password protected publicly viewable website. When I started to get a bit of a bad feeling that things were going wrong- after he e-mailed me on Sunday morning requesting I do something urgently (then went non-comms when I tried to do it, what a surprise), I told him to hold the work and wait until we speak, and asked for a time to set a Skype call up. No response. I made the same requests yesterday, via PPH, e-mail, Skype and mobile. No response. This is a clear breach of the PPH 'Rules of Engagement' and I am unhappy I did the right thing by paying a deposit upfront and this person has taken my money and caused me so much trouble. I am now on a call with my bank giving them all his details as they will intervene due to the extra protection I have on my card. Bank have said they will help but I am disappointed that I gave Bhuwan the opportunity to cancel the transaction and refund me and he has done nothing. I regard this as theft.
