While the contract was titled, Upgrade Joomla Site from v2 to v3, Cyber Solutions never actually worked on the upgrade. This was probably because I asked and they agreed to get v2 to work first and during the upgrade. They helped get v2 to work, but never started the upgrade because the template in use was not available for v3, which I warned about in the contract. Then the web host took down the site for having being compromised by malicious code. So my site remained down until I set up a new site using a very popular hosting provider with pre-built templates that I could just design myself. I realize that I only paid $100, but the web host was the one to actually fix the only solved issue. I appreciate their help, but Cyber Solutions didn't actually get me any closer to a Joomla v3 template for my site.

1) Your site was down, You have no proper backup though I have started Job to make site live on 29th Nov.

2) Your site was live on 30th Nov.

3) Then i was waiting for your approval to upgrade to Joomla version 3.x ans waiting for information/updates which required to upgrade Joomla version, but you did not answer me. Not in Skype, Not in PPH or Not via Email.

This is not our fault, due to communication gap from your end you feel we did not worked on your project! No problem, we know, we have completed the job to a top notch level.
