The goal of the project was completed. We added two scripts and updated the width of the website. I really thought that the whole project was going to be completed in a few hours, so I'll have to consider this more next time I seek assistance. I deposited one hour in escrow, and didn't realize it was going to take as much time as it did until the project was completed. I'm guessing that my client will be satisfied, but they may have chosen to abandon the changes altogether had they known what the final cost of the project would be.
