Ben completed the work accurately and efficiently. I was a little disappointed that he charged me more than 5 x the price of the hourlie I originally enquired about as he told me, and I quote, "it’s going to be more complicated than this hourlie would cover". When he then completed the job in less than 30 minutes, I politely asked if he would consider reevaluating the price he'd quoted, but he refused. He was within his rights, we did agree a price, but beware if he tells you something is complicated in order to hike up the price. It's just possible that he is exaggerating - long story short, get a 2nd opinion before agreeing on a price. Undoubtedly he is great at what he does, but I can't say he is always fair in the way he does business. And as he charged me the equivalent of £432p/h, his quoted hourly rate on his profile (£7p/h at time of writing) is grossly misleading.

Tiptop. Ben was excellent - pro-active with good, clear and regular communication, he also stuck to the task even when it became a bit bogged down in bureaucratic syrup. Would happily recommend and will be using again for sure.

One piece of advice (and nothing to do with Ben) - don't used a .al (Albanian) extension for your custom URL shortener - long tedious process.
