Great Buyer, clear specification and prompt in payment A++++

This guy did a job to a very low standard and took way too long. every time we contacted him he gave us loads of excuses why he still works on it when actually he did almost nothing. only now after all this time i got the finished thing which is in very poor quality and basically a joke!!!
Watch out he is asking people to leave feedback before the job is done meaning he gets very positive feedback and after the buyer cant change the feedback or delete it.
He also asked for deposits to be paid which we did as a gesture of good will and now we regret it as the job isn't worth paying for!!!!
