I failed at communicating often enough to avoid some pitfalls. Keshav is a responsive salesman and he tried to over deliver but my expectations were not ultimately met. He is honest and hardworking but I needed a different level of service and perhaps I should have expected to pay more to get what I needed.

Did a very difficult and complex project with Keshav, lots of discussion to and fro. Took longer than expected but Keshav did pull it off eventually and pulled off well. Highly Recommended and will definitely use him again for future projects.
