I am looking for a part time assignment or tasks which doesn't require immediate completion. My general duties include managing and processing mortgage applications through to completion within in regulatory framework, scanning and uploading documents on system, updating trackers, chasing lenders and solicitors, answering calls in a professional manner, writing property description, uploading property listings property sites, arranging viewings, updating calendars, updating sales and lettings tracker and creating a database.Along with this I have been working as an HR generalist for almost 3 years, where I handled recruitment (IT. NON IT & ITES), employee grievance, joining and exit of employee, policy making, employee engagement, vendor management., performance appraisal, payroll management and administration activities.
I also do transcription and enjoy doing it as I believe that it helps in increasing my knowledge base. I use Express Scribe for transcription.
