• 6 years involvement in the development of an integrated approach to public health nutrition research through my work and training in the United Kingdom. I have also designed a Glycemic Index (GI) reference guide from composite recipes targeted at type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of south Asian background living in the United Kingdom.
