Sue worked as a cookery editor at Essentials magazine for a number of years. She has a way with words and writes creative recipes for relaxed cooking, encouraging the cook with useful hints and tips running through her writing. Sue has written many cookery books and magazine features. She develops and writes recipes to a given brief showing off a product to its best. Sue developed products for a number of years for Tesco working closely with suppliers and buyers to achieve the best quality products for a given market. Sue is able to interpret a given brief imaginatively with insight and inspiration, keeping to a budget and time scale and developing products within the capabilities of factory production.
Sues work on films includes preparing food for a restaurant scene in Stephen Kings ‘1408’ and the forthcoming Martin Scorsese film, Hugo Cabert in which she has 247 cakes in one scene alone! For Sue, and good day is one in which she has been given a challenge and risen to it.
