I am friendly, approachable and skilled in communicating and presenting to both groups and individuals at all levels from warehouse staff to senior management. My wide ranging experience in both retail and professional services gives me the ability to adapt quickly and confidently to new working environments.
I am currently responsible for the development and delivery of a number of applications training courses for Allen and Overy, Arcadia, Homebase, Laura Ashley, Readers Digest, Rubicon Retail, Henrys House PR, Paperchase, Mulberry, SkillsSmart Retail and Crossrail together with other smaller businesses. Training is provided in a variety of styles, 1 to 1, group, desk side and via floor walking. I have provided initial IT application skills training for the last 3 years at the University of Creative Arts in Epsom.
Provision of my services includes skills analysis to establish initial and future training requirements for new and existing users, developing course material and notes to accompany training, delivery and support.
I have experience of front line support, involving telephone and desk side support.
I have been involved in rolling out new software to users. Projects of this nature were the rollout of GroupWise to all staff at Laura Ashley across multiple sites and rollout of XP at Olayan Europe. Both involved providing supporting material.

In addition to training, I have gained technical skills; supporting the integration of business systems at Laura Ashley, using report writing tools to create ad hoc reports; supporting networks; installing new equipment.
