For the past 4 years I have been a product manager with global responsibility, managing products through the full lifecycle, maintaining the customer base and growing new business. This was done by defining effective market communications and launch materials including brochures; webinars; audio and visual web content as well as creating sales tools and training, educating the field teams on the unique selling points of our products.
