Specialising in publication design, I initially began my career at the Telegraph & Express groups, working on weekly titles. I have vast publication experience designing and producing magazines, brochures & annual reports across many sectors. I pride myself on high quality visual communication, providing solutions from concept through to delivery. My passion and creativity is testimony to my continued success.
I guarantee not to be beaten on service, quality or price.
Area Covered: Publication Design, Branding, Marketing, Photography & Print
Work Experience Summary: Following the completion of my degree, Genesis Graphics went from strength to strength specialising in publication design, branding & print. I lead the branding and marketing of the business, establishing gaps in the market and securing new business. Although we provided services across all sectors, the demand from the education and charity sector became evident. Working with clients from NHS trust, The British Heart Foundation, The Meningitis Trust, P3 (Winner of Times top 100 companies 2007) as well as local authorities, schools, colleges and universities, including Oxford university.
In 2008 I decided to leave Genesis Graphics in order to found Vanilla Creative, specialising in bespoke branding, marketing and design solutions for the education and charity sector. I built an extremely strong client base during my time at Genesis and I was fornunate that all my clients followed me to the new company (following the contractual period). I have based my working relationships on identifying the clients needs, establishing their key demographic and providing a complete service from concept through to delivery, across a range of media.
I have always found my work rewarding, as it often involves complex issues/information, which I am able translate into an effective message speaking directly to an intended audience. I find it very satifing knowing I have been able to capture a persons attention, whilst conveying an important message. I feel my continued success is credit to the unique approach, experience, enthusiasm and creativity I bring to each and every project.
Education Summary: During the final year of my Degree, I started work with the Express & Telegraph group freelancing on weekly titles. I quickly realised I wanted to persue and more varied role, where I would be able to apply and develop my skills across a range of media. It was in my final year I founded Genesis Graphics, a design consultancy with another student.
