As a communications consultant for international organisations working in development and environment issues I have published hundreds of documents (magazines, bulletins, newsletters, technical dossiers, practical guides, reports, brochures, folders, etc.), including in French.
I can take charge of all stages of production of a paper-based document • design, research and documentation, writing, editing, translation, layout (including online) and printing. I can also ensure targeted distribution, to specific target groups or for specific purposes.
With the emphasis on practical training, I have offered seminars benefitting institutional players (decision-makers, researchers, maanagers). With strong oral communication skills I can deliver a clear and persuasive course to a wide variety of beneficiaries about subjects directly related to the economic, social and cultural development of their area, from a European perspective.

Summary: Until recently I worked for Athens based MedWet, an international organisation working for the environment and wetlands in particular in the position of Communications coordinator. I was responsible for drafting and reporting on a multi year communication strategy and annual work plan, for managing and coordinating the communications legs of scientific projects, drafting documents and reporting to donors on activities and results, developping an extensive range of communication services including authoring websites, news releases, newsletters, and information materials such as brochures, posters; managed the production of audiovisual tools including documentary and video; launched capacity building events, educational, awareness raising and training events.
I have undertaken an array of contracts for internaitonal organisations in the field of communications and research. Among others I have worked for the United Nations, the World Bank and a number of NGOs in the environment and development sector with emphasis on communications, research and training.
I also have experience in journalism and media incuding radio and TV.
I have managed events on an international level throughout many European countries as well as in other world regions, Africa, Asia.
I have managed international project teams with members working from remote locations to deliver results on time and in line with project specifications and standards.

I organised events for European and global audiences on a national, international and local level including cultural events, awareness raising, science presentations conferences, celebrations of environment days.
