It was very stresful work with Barbara and her assistant, first day when i give her my Instagram account she deleted all my followers, and after i had literally 0 followers, and deletes all my pictures that i have on feed.. Without ask me for permission,or at least let me know whats going on,on my Instagram account.... I hired her to make interact with people and post pictures daily, but she was definitely not interact with people as we agreed on beginning,i checked analysis with my bussines account, and saw that sometimes she been only 2 minutes for whole day on my Instagram, i think this time is just enough to post new picture.. i would not recommend her...she speaks a lot, but i think this energy will be better if she use to do her job....

Starting from the point that we had to ask support to the staff of People per Hour twice because you took off asking us to steal copyrighted content from Pinterest and from influencers accounts for commercial use on your Instagram, which we refused because we don't steal the work of other people.

People per Hour agreed with us and told us that indeed, your tones were always rude, and out of place, asking for more of what was agreed, but to keep you happy, we were doing so.

Your account was full of bots bought by you, it's a lie we left you with 0 followers as we only took care of the bots which were around 300, and it was necessary to make your account revive, and we made you gain other 1000 ORGANIC followers so real people in the two weeks that we tried to work for you.

We have the insights and we took your account from a negative reach all the way up to +295,6% which I can provide together with the screenshots of the reach of every post we created for you.
You went from 10-20 likes to 180 likes on a single post with us.

The "only 2 minutes": the 2 minutes it's related to the time YOU spend on your account as it's bounded to the device, so the phone, and not the general account administration. So once again, you should learn how IG works.

You gave us UNEDITED PHOTOS and pretending that we also had to do the editing of them, changing your features.

You have been texting to our private channels on impossible hours, asking to organize an influencer campaign at midnight on the weekend, when we don't work, for the day after.
We did, staying up all night, and then you canceled it the morning after (again, not in the agreed terms).

To help you, even though it was outside from our mansions, we had to create a PDF with photos to explain to you how to make the photos for your Instagram because you couldn't do it yourself.

I decided to end the contract two weeks in advance because, to be honest, we couldn't stand anymore your rudeness, being insulted on almost a daily basis, and being bossed around.

I am not remotely bothered by your unrealistic review because to whoever wants, I can send them the screenshots of all of this, including the PPH support messages, plus all my other clients' feedback talk way louder than this last show of your lack of professionality.

And, I know I am not the first one having problems with you on the same exact things, by reading your reviews for IG management. Wish I have read those before sending you a proposal: I would have never accepted to work for you.
