I handled insurance-related concerns, analyzing each information carefully through scanned documents or emails. This is where my multi-tasking skills were leveled up as we were trained to use different systems in processing all at the same time. Apart from our productivity, our accuracy were also monitored. We process very sensitive documents that we are not allowed to commit mistakes from time to time. On a personal note, I learned some Photoshop and sound-editing skills as a hobby. I have no certificates or training with any of those but I have been doing such things for a couple of years already just because I love doing so. I also apply those skills to my blog (skinnylittlebeat.tumblr.com), all for personal purposes.
These experiences helped me understand the essence of time management professionally and personally, by finding more effective ways on how to accomplish something in a given period of time. I can say that I have a longer staying-power compared to others when it comes to work since I have proven myself to be resilient even when under pressure, I can still handle tasks with composure. For sure, I would also have a great time interacting with clients since I love building trust and relationships with people I work with. I always want to have transparency with what I do. Most importantly, I am passionate enough to make meaningful contributions for a business' success.
