Having worked for Mail source UK within Virgin Media, my duties involved emailing clients on a daily basis and responding to all queries via email and telephone as well as creating and maintaining all other data entry requests and managing invoices, so am extremely familiar with all Microsoft packages including Outlook Express and Word presentation.
My first language is English and possess a degree level qualification, so have a high standard of written and verbal communication skills in this language as well as some other European languages.
Although I am not currently employed within an office administration role; my skills set is uniquely fresh and relevant to this position and regularly use my home computer to create word documents, spreadsheets and use email and all of its features so am highly computer literate with a super fast Internet connection.
In addition, although the role is temporary, it will provide me with an ideal opportunity to further strengthen my data entry abilities in the immediate future so that I can seek a permanent home based data entry work either with your company or that of another.
