Work Experience Summary: Proficient in the use of MS Office including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, Email and Databases. In 2007 my proficiency on the MS Office programs was checked by 2 employment agencies and the results were found to be of a high standard: 83 wpm with 98.4% quality/accuracy; 81% basic knowledge; 90% intermediate and 42% advanced levels. Since that time I have also undertaken workshops with Access and utilised this knowledge in creating a database.
I have become highly perceptive in using suitable language, communication styles and approaches to demonstrate points both verbally and in print. I am comfortable working with people from other groups or cultures and adapt my style to suit the situation and communicate comfortably with people at all levels. I have also found throughout my career that I have always been involved in dealing with information which is confidential and have been able to deal with this in the appropriate manner. I have also discovered the importance of keeping others informed by relaying relevant information as soon as possible.
My work experience has involved working both as part of a team and independently in some form or another, and with each role my experience and knowledge has increased considerably and this contributed to my obtaining senior positions as a PA/Secretary, Office Manager and Branch Manager.
