Specialties: Project Management, Event Management, Project Implementation, Project Coordination, Customer Service, Research, Sourcing, Recruitment,
I am currently voluntarily working for few charities. With Terrence Higgins Trust, helping them with research and outreach, Albert Kennedy Trust, helping them with research and fundraising and Pride in London as Recruitment Manager, where I am responsible for recruitment, training and retaining approximately 800 volunteers. I am also working on to start my business and currently am in the process of building the idea into a product. As I am working to build my business, working part time fits in with it.
I have previously worked as Company Administrator for Mindmaps Research, where I was involved in setting the company along with the Founder. I improvised as and when required during the birth of the company and took responsibilities from founder’s shoulder. After the company was founded, I was responsible for social media, recruitment, marketing, business development and operations reporting directly to CBO. I was a team leader for customer service/moderation team for Vivastreet, where I managed a team, which was spread across the world.
I have a Masters in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL and Bachelors in Business Management from Roehampton University.
Since January 2013, I start working as a Trustee for UTSAH, an Indian charity working for child protection, community development, and social inclusion. I was actively involved with the organisation until September 2013 and now I work on an adviser capacity. With UTSAH, I was involved with their education program, which aims to provide mainstream education to marginalised children, working on research, planning, budgeting, logistic, launch, delivery and coordination.
