I manage MI reporting which includes daily/monthly telephony data, forecasting and budget control.
I am responsible for making business recommendation including staffing levels, budget savings, process changes and implementing new systems.
I have extensive experience designing databases using Microsoft Access, producing reports and collating data into spreadsheets using automated database links. In my current role I capture and process data from SQL using queries to monitor business performance.
Although some of my skills are not certified, I have built a wealth of experience over a number of years developing databases in working environments.
