Work Experience Summary: I have worked as a research assistant for the Embodied Cognition and Emotion Lab and at an Institure for Health and Society. These positions have involved collecting data from students, the general public, health professionals and local council departments. I have been involved in the design, collection, analysis and write up of both qualitative and quantitative projects. I am currently working in research governance.
Previous to retraining in psychology, I have many years experience in a commercial office environment as a travel agent where I have supervisory and training experience. I also have voluntary experience tutoring refugees and assylum seekers, running childrens summer camps and working for information and listening services for charities and the BBC.
