Whether creating a killer tagline or collateral for an integrated advertising campaign, I have confidently and passionately delivered compelling and persuasive copy for global brands across every media platform.
I also have a wealth of experience as a scriptwriter. My 30-minute drama \'Breakfast with Elvis\' won the UK TAPS Continuing Drama course in 2006 and my short film \'A Goldfish in a Blender\' received much praise on the film festival circuit. Other writing credits include episodes for children\'s animation series \'The Island of Inis Cool\', BBC Wales sketch show \'Large\' and radio adverts for the National Geographic Channel. These scripts are available to read on request.
Whether you have a story to tell but don\'t know where to start or need sparkling and SEO relevant copy for your website, I can turn your ideas and information into the right words to engage, inform and entertain. No matter how big or small the project, I am flexible and focused on turning around projects on time, on brief and on budget.
I take great pride in my work and ensure I am committed to every project I undertake, only delivering the highest quality creative with your satisfaction in mind. Whatever your requirements I am creative, dedicated, enthusiastic and keen to hear how I can add value to your company.
Area Covered: London, rest of the UK I can work remotely
Work Experience Summary: Throughout my writing career I have held many positions, both permanent and freelance, within the creative industries. Before setting up as a freelancer, I was a senior copywriter at Momentum and solely responsible for the copy output from all UK offices. Thus, I feel I am not only experienced in all aspects of writing, but the pressures of fast turnarounds, long hours and on-the-spot edits has become second nature to me.
On the scriptwriting side, I have immersed myself in the entire production process, which I believe not only makes me a better scriptwriter, but in the past I\'ve taken on a producer\'s role and have even directed voice-over sessions too.
I feel my grounded experience equips me with the skills to make me a commercially savvy and relevant writer in today\'s market place and I am always striving to grow and develop with every brief I take.
