Co-developed Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 site, for use within the whole company. I work individually with each team to create a workspace that is unique to them. It is my aim that no one on has to email attachments internally again! I am solely responsible for updates or amendments to the site together with user training focusing on team collaboration. I have created various training WIKI’s that enable faster user knowledge for newly hired staff.
Managed Accreditations by arranging technical training. It was my responsibility to ensure that the accreditation roadmap was met and that we kept our status. Maintaining a preferred supplier list of agencies for the recruitment of Technical Staff, reviewing CV’s, coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates and internal management. Organising offer letters, arranging start dates, preparing first week itinerary with various departments and assisting with the settling in of the new employee.
Technical support of the customer base. Providing remote and on site assistance, repair and programming of customer telephone systems. I also maintained the company’s backup database and coordinated preventative maintenance checks of customers systems.
