In addition to the skills required to be an efficient, enthusiastic and flexible PA, I bring extensive project management skills from my experience as an exhibiting artist and film-maker. I shoot and edit videos and produce motion graphics/animation for corporate clients. I build websites predominantly for those in the creative industries including fashion, visual artists, academics, actors, writers and musicians.
Before becoming self employed I worked for 7 years in central government, moving between departments. My roles in the civil service varied from Executive officer roles, demanding an ad hoc and flexible attitude, to more public facing roles. In my last two years working in Government I acted as PA for two senior civil servants. These roles were demanding and required a professional attitude and I was the first point of contact for government ministers as well as CEOs and Director Generals of major international companies.
Area Covered: Personal Assistant, Video Production, Animation, Motion graphics, Admin, Art and Design and web building

Job Title: PA to Dan Ilett, Founder and Director of Erbut, 5 Brewer St, London
Working closely with Dan Ilett, the Director of Erbut, a senior level messaging company that advises banks, Blue-Chip tech and engineering firms, retailers and consultancies to increase customer engagement. While the day-to-day role as Dan’s PA revolved around diary and email management, the role was incredibly varied and demanded an ad-hoc, flexible approach. Being a relatively young business, tasks demanded a fast turn-around and for me to be available at all times. Duties included:
• Daily diary management, including organising meetings, booking travel/hotel arrangements, email prioritising, filing and management.
• Recruiting freelancers for Erbut, including drafting and posting roles, screening CVs and arranging interviews.
• Daily use of all Office software, including preparing Powerpoint (and more recently Prezi) presentations for high level client sessions.
• Video work: filming and editing client sessions. Filming/editing promotional videos and events for Erbut and their clients, requiring professional knowledge of Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Organising and documenting (photography and video) the Superuser forum events, (an exclusive network event of more than 300 innovators, senior enterprise executives and technology investors). This required not only excellent organizational skills due to the busy schedules of the attendees, but also made use of my documentary film making skills.
