Aside from obtaining NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Customer Service, I also have a broad knowledge base within the financial services industry including excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
I have very high standards of administration and organisational skills which includes the use of Microsoft Office products where I am confident and proficient in utilising its tools. This allowed me to work on projects like customer satisfaction surveys where I was involved in designing the survey; producing the questions; monitoring customer responses and compiling them into an analytical report.
With thanks to my experience and qualifications, my English grammar is of such a high standard that my colleagues, friends and family call upon my expertise to proofread documentation they have generated, and correct any grammar errors where applicable meaning I am an ideal candidate for work that requires strong English reading and writing skills.
