Description: • Working with Senior Level Management to gain a full understanding of skills, qualifications, competencies, experience and personality type required for the various businesses across the Panovus Group.
• Working with Operational and Senior Level Management to ensure that all Job Descriptions / Role Profiles accurately reflect the requirements of the role, and that the selection criteria conform to best practice and current legislation.
• Managing relationships with PSL Recruitment Suppliers and always investigating the most cost effective method of recruitment.
• Headhunting / Networking and Internet Advertising.
• Pre-screening all candidate applications.
• Conducting interviews and giving feedback to the Hiring Manager.
• Producing short listed candidates for Hiring Manager.
• Managing communication throughout the process between candidate and company.
• Working on providing ongoing market salary data to validate salary budgets and participate in salary surveys where appropriate.
• Taking the lead in ensuring that the recruitment function has an exemplary attitude to Diversity and ensure that programmes and policies are both legally compliant and reflect Best Practice.
Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer
Description: Main point of contact for recruitment for designated business units within Technology Services (TS) (mostly at a senior level).
Agreeing and advising on appropriate recruitment strategy directly with the business.
Sourcing CVs in the most cost effective and efficient way and subsequently screening all CVs.
Managing and implementing end-to-end recruitment process from candidate submission through to offer.
Negotiating salaries in line with company pay policy.
Arrangement of interviews.
Management of assessment centers and providing support and policy guidance to senior management.
Accurate weekly and monthly management information reporting.
Liaising with business unit hiring managers, direct candidates and PSL agencies.

Description: Dealing with high volume permanent recruitment, along with recruiting specialist roles and teams into the business.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimum service delivery.
Discussing resourcing requirements with line managers, to ensure process compliance and managing their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Pro-actively sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, candidate pool and Aon's preferred suppliers.
Screening CV's and assessing candidates in terms of skills, experience and fit; while making sure that all candidates satisfy good repute.
Organising interviews and relaying detailed feedback to candidates.
Ensuring that vacancies are correctly distributed to the agreed suppliers.
Managing the preferred supplier list, reporting regularly on their performance and feeding back ways in which they could improve their service to Aon.
Capture sufficient data and run regular reports for the business including, updated recruitment reports and agency cost per hire.
Continually analysing and reviewing the business' recruitment needs and discovering new ways to effectively improve the recruitment process.
Organising job fairs, assessment days, recruitment open evenings and recruitment campaigns.
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and designing successful recruitment campaigns in order to meet the demands of the business.
