I have worked in several areas of law for Partners organising their diaries, dealing with correspondence, typing large documents, billing and general office administration in the following areas of law: Corporate Finance, Employment, Intellectual Property, Conveyancing/Real Estate, Defamation and Commercial.
I have also worked as an administrator at Nottingham Trent University dealing with confidential student data, typing course notes, preparing documents for enrolment and enrolling students and dealing with the electronic data entry and filing of course work; and marketing part time post-graduate courses.
I have experience working for small businesses that need help maybe one or two days a week on a temporary basis, to help sort out their office and set up systems so that their office can run smoothly and efficiently.
I have worked for small charity organisations: helping them meet their objectives; assisting in running their office effectively; attending committee meetings; taking minutes of meetings, liaising with Chairman to ensure the Committee is meeting their objectives; and helping to tie down council funding.
My rate is £10.00 per hour but this is negotiable.
My aim is to provide an efficient service that will help organisations as well as individuals run their business effectively without the overhead costs of a full time employee.
