Work Experience Summary: 9 years Call centre Experience, 2 Years 1st line support , 5 years 2nd line support , 2 years incident management over looking a a team of 4 . Monitoring Large Corporations Network, ensuring such applications such as Ehealth , MRT and such are constantly monitored for Faults.
Dealing from Mac Osx , Windows and Linux Network and Client site issues. such as Mail Clients, Web Browsers, FTP, and any Connection issue such as ADSL and Wireless. Manages switches and routers where needed.
